Host Your Own Virtual Race

Here is a list of steps if you’d like to host your own virtual race.  We will be directing most of our traffic, thousands of participants a month, to check out our Charity Partner Races HERE!  You can submit your own race here and manage all of your registration there.  There are great opportunities posting your race there.  There is an option for you participants to donate extra money to your charity, participants can choose to share you event on Facebook when they sign up and more options for making your race great.  There is also a virtual results option on your event where you can send your participants to upload their results!

  1.  Get medals and bibs designed and produced.  We recommend Running Awards & Apparel.  They are amazing! Email Kate at kate.boughner@runningawardsandapparel.com and let her know that Angie from Moon Joggers sent you and she’ll take good care of you.
  2. Create your registration page where you can send people to sign up.  You can do it through Virtual World Racers Race Entry Site HERE. Once you set up your race you can post the link on your website, social media, race calendars, community calendars, etc.
  3.  You’ll want the cost of your race to include cost of the medal, bib, shipping, money for charity, taxes, etc.
  4. When people sign up you’ll gather their addresses so that you can ship their race gear to them.  A great software to use for shipping is Stamps.com
  5.  You can set up a Google form for people to input their race results.
